Latest multilingual and design testing enhancements

Our latest release focuses on multilingual improvements, enhanced design testing capabilities, and various refinements aimed at enriching your research experience. Let's dive into the highlights:

Desktop image testing

We recently released our Show block which allowed you to get feedback on you mobile designs. We're excited to announce that we've now added the ability for you to add:

  1. Desktop Images: Dive deeper into understanding user perceptions of your desktop designs or live websites. This addition allows you to upload desktop sized images for feedback, ensuring your web presence is as compelling on desktop as it is on mobile.
  2. Other Assets: We recognize the importance of every detail in your designs. You can now upload and receive feedback on smaller images—such as individual page elements, logos, or icons. This targeted feedback is invaluable for refining the nuances that contribute to your brand's identity and user experience.

To get started, add a show block to your study and then select "Desktop page" or "Other asset".

Control if participants can change their study language

Building on our commitment to inclusivity and a global research approach, we have introduced a feature enhancing multilingual support. Researchers can now decide whether participants can change the language on their studies. This equips researchers with greater control over how they would like their participants to engage in the study.

To set this, then head over to the participants tab of your study and toggle "Allow participants to switch language".

And that's not all

  • Device and OS Information Display: Gain deeper insights into your participants' tech with our new feature that displays the device, operating system, and other relevant tech specs. This information can help contextualize responses and tailor your designs to the technologies most used by your audience.
  • Bug Fixes and Enhancements: We've squashed some bugs and refined our platform to enhance your experience when generating new studies. These improvements aim to provide a smoother, more reliable research process, allowing you to focus on gathering and analyzing valuable user insights.

Stay tuned for more exciting updates in the coming weeks. Happy researching, and thank you for being an essential part of our community! To get started, sign up to a free trial of Wondering here.
